Installation Warranty
DryShield™ installations include a workmanship warranty covering proper installation of:
• Vapor barrier installation and seam sealing
• Wall liner fastening and termination
• Vent and penetration sealing
• Access sealing
If any installation component fails due to workmanship, we return and correct it.
Material Coverage
Manufacturer warranties apply to installed materials including:
• 20‑mil reinforced vapor barrier
• Fastening hardware and termination systems
• Insulation products (if installed)
We assist homeowners and builders with documentation if any manufacturer claim is needed.
Dehumidifier Coverage
Standalone plug‑in dehumidifiers include manufacturer warranty coverage.
We install and set up units properly, but long‑term mechanical servicing is handled under the manufacturer warranty.
Optional Annual Crawlspace Service Plan
Annual service visits may include:
• Crawlspace moisture inspection
• Vapor barrier condition check
